Forest Bathing in the Cerrillos Hills

Join certified Forest Therapy Guide, Roxanne Darling, for a mindful walk through the Cerrillos Hills for Global Forest Bathing Day. Started in Japan in the 1980s, Forest Bathing has been shown to reduce stress, uplift your mood, and connect you back to nature.
Registration for this workshop is $10 with 100% of proceeds being donated to The Amigos. Space is limited. Wear comfortable layers, a sunhat, and bring water.
Park entrance is 1/2 mile north of Cerrillos Village on County Rd 59. Parking is $5 per vehicle, $10 for out of state visitors. Due upon arrival by exact cash or check.
