We invite everyone to go birding in the Cerrillos Hills and we solicit your images for this catalog of birds. They may be good or not so good photographs, fine or rough artistic renditions (school kids of all ages welcome!), but they must be your images.

Send them to us -- CHPC, PO Box 191, Cerrillos, NM 87010 -- or e-mail them to us and we will post them next to their description on these pages. We would like to give credit, so include your name, or let us know if you would rather be anonymous.

The Best Places around Cerrillos to Watch for Birds:

FALL - watch for migrating hawks from the tops of hills or at the Mirador.

SPRING, late SUMMER & FALL - Look for lots of migrating birds near the Galisteo River or around the more wooded springs.
