Mining History Hike

On this guided hike you will be introduced to the origins and practices of mining in the hills during the past 1,000 years. Learn how natural history influenced cultural history of the Cerrillos Mining District.

Hike starts promptly at 11 am.

Meet in the main parking lot, ½ mile north of Cerrillos village on County Road 59.

$5 exact change cash or check per vehicle or free with a valid New Mexico State Parks pass.
