One of the more interesting areas in the Park, the "Gray Area" encompasses
everything from a prehistoric archaeological site to some 19th Century prospects
and mines. This view is of the erosion head of the arroyo. Though nearby mining
and modern cattle-grazing may have contributed to this erosion, this is a natural
wash.
